We do Wedding Management, which means we start working with you at a minimum of 6 weeks before your wedding, learn everything there is to know about your day, and show up fully prepared to make sure every single detail goes exactly the way you imagined.
Because that's the only way to actually do this job right.

Over 14 months of monthly meetings, we get to know you so well that by the time we're answering emails from your photographer or negotiating with your florist, we're not guessing. We already know exactly what you'd say.
You show up to your monthly meeting, we tell you what we've done, and you say yes or no.

Honestly? A lot. "Day of coordination" is one of the most misleading terms in the wedding industry because it implies that a coordinator can show up on the morning of your wedding and know exactly what you want. They can't. Nobody can. That's why we don't offer day of coordination. We offer Wedding Management, which starts six to eight weeks before your wedding so we actually have time to learn your vision, your vendors, and every detail of your day before we show up to execute it. The result is a wedding day that runs the way it's supposed to, because we actually know what that looks like for you.
Overseeing and assisting with the set up of your personal decor is included in every single package. We're talking welcome signs, seating charts, table numbers, the things that don't fall under another vendor's scope. Tear down is an add on at $300 because not every couple needs it, and we'd rather you only pay for what you actually need. If you want us to stay and pack everything up so your family can just pull up and drive away at the end of the night, we've absolutely got you.
We believe in making this as stress free as possible, which means we offer flexible payment plans for every package. Rather than one big payment up front, your total is spread across multiple payments leading up to your wedding date. No surprise invoices, no hidden fees, ever. Just a clear plan from the very beginning so you always know exactly where you stand.
Yes, always. Every package has a base rate but we don't believe in charging you for things you don't need. If you want to add something on or tweak what's included, we'll talk it through on your consultation call and build something that actually makes sense for you. The goal is always to make sure you're getting exactly what you need and nothing you don't.
We're based in Greensboro, NC and serve couples throughout the NC Triad, including High Point and Winston Salem, as well as the NC Triangle including Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. We're available for weddings anywhere in North Carolina and beyond, though travel fees apply for weddings outside of our 50 mile radius from Guilford County.
It depends on the package. Wedding Management starts six to eight weeks out, Partial Planning starts six months out, Full Planning and Design starts twelve months out, and the VIC Experience starts fourteen months out. That said, we recommend reaching out as early as possible since dates fill up fast, especially for peak wedding season in North Carolina. Once you inquire, we offer a seven day soft hold on your date so you have time to make your decision without feeling rushed.
After your consultation call, we hold your wedding date for seven days exclusively for you. No pressure, no expiring quotes, no "book now or lose your spot" energy. We want you to feel completely confident before you commit, so we give you the space to talk it over and come back to us when you're ready. If another inquiry comes in for your date during that time, we'll always reach out to you first.
